- Lead Deployment Projects: Lead complex, multi-site customer projects from onboarding through to operational autonomy.
- Ensure smooth deployments, manage timelines and value delivery.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and operations teams.
Company and context
- Drive user adoption by navigating organizational dynamics, identifying resistance, and championing the value of robotics within their operational culture.
- Field Operations Leadership: Coordinate the operational work of field technicians and internal specialists.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and resolve on-site hurdles to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Trusted Advisory: Consult with global industrial clients to integrate robotics into their broader business workflows.
- Act as the bridge between their operational challenges and our technical teams, ensuring our roadmap aligns with their needs.
- Value Realization & Training: Lead training and enablement sessions for diverse audiences, from on-the-ground operators to plant management, tailoring your approach to maximize user confidence and system utilization.
- Strategic Feedback Loop: Translate field insights and recurring operational themes into actionable requirements for our Product and R&D teams, ensuring the voice of the customer drives our innovation.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive user adoption in industrial environments.
- Operational Leadership: Strong capability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and maintain project continuity in high-pressure, international settings.
- Travel: Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 60%) and comfortable working directly in customer environments.
