Technical tasks
- Day organisation and management of daily reports
- Practical cooperation in day work and in intermediate and basic cleaning work in bed stations
- Independent planning and coordination of basic and intermediate cleaning work on the bed stations in consultation with the coordination Equipe
- Contact person for organisation of discharge cleaning patient room
- Deputy Coordination Equipe in their absence
- Ensures proper handling of cleaning products and equipment within the task area
- Introduction of new employees into daytime services
- Practical training of staff day duty
- Support of the Stv. departmental management of housekeeping in ensuring efficient business processes in the day service services as well as in intermediate cleaning on the bed stations incl. Preparation of the relevant working descriptions and instructions
- Operational planning of the learning specialists Hauswirtschaft-Hotelie in consultation with Stv. Head of Department Housekeeping
- Contact person for the training of apprentice professionals Housing and hospitality for other departments (reception, room service, restoration and kitchen)
- Organisation of external traineeships of apprentice professionals Housing and hospitality
Management tasks
- Future management of the learning professionals Housekeeping-hotel industry including implementation of educational reports
- Professional and coordination responsibility of employee day service (no management responsibility)
- Support of the Stv. departmental management of housekeeping in:
- the control of the employee day service (OP cleaning day, employee laundry service, employee day service bed stations)
- Annual employee meetings (delivery of inputs)
Requirements
- Training as a specialist in housekeeping with several years of professional experience
- Completed vocational trainer course and several years of experience in the training of learners beneficial
- Experience in daily coordination/responsibility is beneficial
- Good PC Knowledge (MS Office)
- Knowledge of German: at least B2
