For our team we are looking for a motivated person on 23.11.2027 or by agreement for 15 weeks.

Tasks

• You will get an insight into the work of the family counseling of the social services of the city of Zurich.
• You acquire specific expertise on early childhood topics.
• You learn to advise solution-oriented and systemically.
• During the course of the internship, you take on various activities such as telephone first contact, administrative activities, management of a group offer and short consultations accompanied.

Profile

• You are studying care HF/FH or midwife FH and have already gained experience in a postpartum department.
• You have a great interest in early childhood and you want to deepen your expertise.
• You bring self-employment and are ready to practice and expand your consulting skills.
• You enjoy accompanying different families in various situations.
• You are interested in getting to know social institutions outside the hospital and networking.

We offer

A careful familiarization and ongoing support in the interesting, versatile and demanding work of family counselling. Regular working hours Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. The employment is based on the guidelines of the city of Zurich.

The staff of the family counselling advise, inform and support expectant parents and families with children from 0 to 5 years old in everyday issues such as questions about pregnancy, birth and early childhood development, physical, mental and social health, upbringing, family cohabitation, conflict and crisis management as well as questions about family-supplementary child care - free of charge and professionally.
