The Treasury department is part of the financial administration as an internal bank. It is centrally responsible for the city-wide payment transactions, ensures liquidity, is responsible for investment management and the granting of loans. As a further area of the treasury, the city treasury is responsible for cash transactions and master data management in SAP and is located in the city building. For the team of the city treasury we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• They independently carry out the counter service and the associated cash transactions (receiving and paying out cash from service departments and external customers)
• They maintain and clean master data of our business partners in the SAP operating system (S/4HANA), in particular from creditors and debtors
• You work on internal projects of the City Fund

Profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (Federal certificate of competence) with proven professional experience
• Very good MS Office knowledge and strong digital affinity as well as technical flair (security systems)
• assertive, communication-strong and resilient personality with experience in dealing sensitively with different stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good oral communication in English, further language skills beneficial
• SAP or knowledge of master data management (especially business partners) are advantageous
