In the course of succession planning, we are looking for Scherr for our school from the 1. August 2027 a committed and resilient personality as

Tasks

• Together with your job partner, you lead the School Scherr in personnel, pedagogical and operational matters.
• They promote and shape the continuous development of the school and ensure the quality of the school
• Together, you lead the team consisting of teachers, school management assistants and other specialists in support and home service and support their professional development.
• They assume the financial responsibility of the school in accordance with the requirements of the city.
• Together you represent the school outside and maintain valuable networks with institutions and specialist centres

Profile

• Completed school management training or willingness to complete it
• Pedagogical or socio-pedagogical training or an equivalent university degree, as well as proven management experience of several years
• Open-minded pedagogical attitude and interest in school and social issues
• Strength of communication, high social skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Design will, enthusiasm and the necessary assertiveness
• Resilience, sovereignty and flexibility – even in challenging situations
• Experience in organization and administration as well as good IT knowledge
• Enjoying a dedicated team, a vibrant school community and a good dose of humor
