Co-management (52%) + management supervision (48%)

Tasks

Your main tasks as a school management (52%) include

• Joint operational management of the school field and representation of the school against the outside, towards parents, school authority and administration
• Personnel management of the department of home service and technology, the school management assistant and the staff in the area of teaching in consultation with the job partner
• Co-responsible for school development, quality development and assurance, operational organisation, administration and finance
• Cooperation with the school authority

As Head of Care (48%)

• Personnel management of the employees* in the care
• Administrative work related to personnel management, budget management and student allocation (using various tools such as peps.NET, PSL, etc.)
• Contact person for external specialist positions / institutions
• Organisation and securing of catering loans and their settlement

Profile

• Professional experience as school management and/or management supervision
• School management training completed
• Flexibility in everyday school life
• Great motivation and a lot of joy in the further development of a “good school”
• Enjoying a close and open cooperation with the SL job partner and the management team (SAR, LHT)
• Readiness for professional reflection in the management team
• Leader with high social skills, assertiveness, communicative and organizational skills
• High motivation and interest in school development issues and educational policy issues
