Due to retirement, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement a committed leader as co-team leader for the meeting point City/Frauentreff.

Tasks

• Together with your co-management, you will take over the professional, personnel and organizational leadership as well as the further development of the City/Frauentreff meeting point.
• They guide, accompany and promote a team of 18 employees and create the framework for a professional, committed and appreciative team culture.
• They control human and operational resources, plan personnel deployment and participate in the further development of quality, structures and offers.
• They work on projects and processes and maintain cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• They actively participate in day-to-day operations, take over shift services (even weekends) and carry out short and individual consultations.
• You support the department management in strategic and operational business and keep an eye on the financial framework conditions.

Profile

• Completed studies in social work FH or comparable training
• Leadership experience beneficial and willingness to complete leadership training
• Proven experience in low-threshold social work, ideally in the area of addiction, health and social integration
• Communicative and networked personality with structured, exact working methods and business understanding
• They are characterised by openness, humour and flexibility and promote appreciative and collegial cooperation.
