The Kita Entlisberg is looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement a motivated and committed personality.

Tasks

• You create a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life based on the educational concept, which gives the child security and space for his or her own development and puts the focus on relationship work.
• In everyday life, you promote the individual development of each child as well as the community in the group.
• You design the daily care needs-oriented and put the individual needs of each child at the center of your work.
• You will work in the evaluation and reflection of everyday pedagogical life as part of the quality development and take on the tasks in the area of pedagogical quality assurance on the groups.
• You work closely with parents and specialists, organize parent evenings and other events together with your colleagues and take on special tasks.
• You assume responsibility for KmbB (children with special needs and maintain cooperation with assignment offices and involved specialists).
• You accompany and support in everyday life prospective childhood educators HF and learners during the training specialist care.

Profile

• Childhood Education HF, Social Education/Social Work HF/FH or equivalent degree
• Experience in situation- and education-oriented day-care pedagogy (BuLG, Situational Approach, Pikler)
• Ability to work self-organized and structured
• Independent, communicative and resilient personality who likes to take responsibility
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills as well as an experienced handling of IT
• Stress Resistance and Serenity: The ability to keep track and act confidently even in hectic and noisy situations

In the city of Zurich, the childcare division of the social institutions and companies operates 11 daycare centres, a crisis intervention group and a residential group for infants, a family meeting place and at two locations "accompanied visiting meeting places" for families in conflictive separation situations.

The Entlisberg Children's House in Wollishofen was originally built in 1911 as an orphanage and has served as a children's house since 1991. In this house, the children are cared for in two different daycare centers, with the offer of infant and infant care. The existing areas such as meadow, garden, forest and squares offer the children plenty of space for play and nature experiences. Kita Entlisberg 1 has been firmly established as a facility for infants and toddlers in Wollishofen for years. We offer 44 places for children from three months to kindergarten entry, including places for children with special needs. Pedagogically, Kita Entlisberg 1 combines three recognised approaches: educational and learning stories (BULG), the situational approach and the pedagogy according to Emmi Pikler.
