Become part of our team! We are looking for a Hortleiter*in 80% on 5 days for the school Hardau.

Tasks

• Location management of an intermediary care unit
• Management of own offers as well as group-wide care offers during school holidays
• Lunch and evening childcare services
• Cross-group support in the afternoon care of middle and lower school children
• Promotion and support of students in cooperation with teachers and school team specialists
• Participation in school events and in school working groups
• Administrative and operational tasks
• Implementation of the educational objectives of the school

Profile

• Motivated, open, resilient personality with a positive human image
• Degree in Social Education/Social Work FH/HF
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Contemporary IT user knowledge
• Flexibility as well as very good team and communication skills
• Experience in pedagogical and interdisciplinary cooperation in the school team
• Advantageous professional experience in supplementary family care
