Role overview
In the company development team you will assume the following responsibilities:
- management of the main strategic issues of SSR and progress of transversal transformation projects;
- analysis of complex challenges and development of future scenarios, operational recommendations and proposals for concrete solutions;
- participation in the development of the strategic process of SSR and translation of strategic objectives in initiatives, measures and guidelines;
- monitoring of market, technology and industry trends and the definition of operational proposals based on the Management Committee and the various sectors;
- mediation between the different interests, promotion of intersectoral collaboration and definition of common decision bases;
- accompaniment of the projects of change from the conception phase to the realization and guarantee of the respect of the commitments, even without a role of formal responsibility.
Requirements
- University diploma or higher vocational training and experience in the field of corporate development, strategic development or organizational development.
- Systemic and interdisciplinary approach and interest in dealing with complex and demanding issues.
- Experience in accompanying the processes of change and solid knowledge of the methods of managing change.
- Exciting communication and facilitation skills as well as experience in transversal management.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex situations and present them adequately to the target audience.
- Great mastery of German and French; the knowledge of Italian or Romance is a preferential title.

- Diploma universitario o formazione professionale superiore ed esperienza nell'ambito dello sviluppo aziendale, dello sviluppo strategico o dello sviluppo organizzativo.

- Esperienza nell'accompagnamento dei processi di cambiamento e solide conoscenze dei metodi di gestione del cambiamento.
- Spiccate capacità comunicative e di facilitazione, nonché esperienza nella conduzione trasversale.
- Capacità di cogliere rapidamente situazioni complesse e di presentarle in modo adeguato al pubblico di riferimento.
- Ottima padronanza del tedesco e del francese; la conoscenza dell'italiano o del romancio costituisce titolo preferenziale.
