We develop, plan and implement challenging infrastructure projects of various kinds – from residential and commercial buildings to public buildings and industry and technical facilities as new buildings to complex conversions and repairs.
Together with architects, specialist planners and clients, we accompany our projects from planning to successful realisation. Their tasks
- BAULEITER:IN HIGH BUILDING / COLLECTION 80–100% — AFRY, Zurich. Job description About us
- We develop, plan and implement challenging infrastructure projects of various kinds – from residential and commercial buildings to public buildings and industry and technical facilities as new buildings to complex conversions and repairs.
- Completed training in construction (construction manager: in HFP/HF, technician: in HF, architect: in FH/ETH or equivalent)
- Experience in the construction management of building construction projects in Switzerland
Key requirements
- Completed training in construction (construction manager: in HFP/HF, technician: in HF, architect: in FH/ETH or equivalent)
- Experience in the construction management of building construction projects in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards as well as construction and contracting (SIA)
- Experience in tendering and devising with NPK/CRB
- Safe handling of MS Office and digital construction administration tools
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
- Communication-strong, assertive and team-oriented personality
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Your opportunities
- Cooperation in architecturally and technically demanding infrastructure projects
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with our teams from overall planning and structural planning
- High personal responsibility and direct influence on project success
- Modern working methods and digital planning tools
