Betriebsmitarbeiter*in «Züri Velo» (1-2 Jahre befristet) — Stadt Zürich

For the network maintenance team, as the operating partner of PubliBike AG’s «Züri Velo» bike-sharing system, we are looking for temporary support for one to two years starting February 1, 2027, or by agreement.

Tasks

• You independently plan routes for battery and rebalancing logistics and complete them efficiently.
• You transport batteries by cargo bike, Kyburz (Cat. M) or van (Cat. B, automatic/electric).
• You clean stations as needed and carry out minor repairs on Züri Velo bikes and e-bikes.
• You are responsible for compliance with standards for quality, infrastructure and materials, as well as occupational safety.
• You work during the week, in the evenings and on weekends. Working hours during the week are three shifts: 8-17 hrs / 13-22 hrs and Saturdays 8-17 hrs.

Profile

• EBA in a skilled trade or comparable training
• Flexibility in terms of working hours (including evening shifts and Saturday-/Sunday work)
• Good physical condition
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Driving licence Cat. B required (automatic/electric)
