The hotel sector of our clinic is responsible for catering, restoration, cleaning, room care and laundry care. The focus is on ensuring a comprehensive service for patients and employees. This includes careful patient care through meal service, cleaning of living and room units on the care stations and efficient laundry service. Their tasks

• Personnel and professional management of the cadre in the areas of housekeeping, laundry and cleaning, kitchen and guest service at the Rheinau site with the aim of ensuring independent and responsible management of the respective areas
• Overall responsibility for the hotel services at the Rheinau location as well as for the assigned external locations, external stations and ambulatories, ensuring high-quality, economical and demand-based service provision
• Implementation of the strategy and the common annual goals of the hotel industry as well as continuous development and standardization of processes, services and operational organization in close cooperation with the overall management and the other divisional management
• Control of budget, cost centers and resources in your own area of responsibility, taking into account quality, efficiency and operational requirements as well as the recognition and implementation of cross-location synergies and optimization potential
• Operational management and control of external service providers in terms of quality, performance and costs, including complaint and escalation management, as well as the development and review of the necessary technical bases and performance requirements
• Active participation in tenders, procurement procedures, projects and cross-location development topics together with the overall management of the hotel industry, supply chain management and other specialist departments as well as joint responsibility for a uniform service, quality and leadership culture within the hotel industry
• Higher technical or university education in the field of facility management, hospitality, business administration or comparable education with a proven connection to the area of responsibility
• Several years of management experience, ideally in a larger and decentralized service, health or hotel organization
• Strong business, analytical and strategic thinking combined with the ability to grasp complex relationships and derive concrete actions from them
• High independence, decision-making and implementation strength as well as the willingness to assume responsibility and to transfer this to the own cadre persons
• Enjoying change, further development and digitalization as well as the ability to think across departments and locations and bring together different stakeholders
• Clear, consistent and at the same time appreciative communication at different hierarchical levels as well as very good German and IT user knowledge
