As of 1 June 2027, we will have a job as a member of the authorities, the department of social work. For this interesting and challenging position, we are looking for an accomplished personality with a tertiary degree in social work, preferably with experience in a child and adult protection authority.

Tasks

• You will conduct procedures, conduct clarifications and hearings on child and adult protection and oversee the ongoing child and adult protection measures of your department.
• They draft decisions with individual responsibility and prepare collegial decisions.
• They manage an administrative department in terms of expertise and personnel.
• They participate in the further development of KESB in organizational and conceptual matters.
• You maintain and expand your network with specialist offices, institutions and partner organizations and contribute with your professional nature to a positive image of KESB in the population.

Profile

• Tertiary degree in social work with several years of professional and managerial experience, ideally at a KESB.
• Interest and motivation for interdisciplinary cooperation with experts in the fields of law and psychology.
• Enjoyment in managing an authority department consisting of a team of lawyers and an authority secretariat
• High empathy and no fear of contact with people in all walks of life.
• Trustworthy, communicative, loyal and assertive
