Role overview
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary consultancy team with a strong actuarial and quantitative focus, supporting pension consulting in Switzerland.
The team advises national and international corporate clients as well as pension funds on the design, valuation and transformation of occupational pension schemes.
A key focus lies on actuarial modelling, financial analysis and regulatory-compliant valuation work.

- The team advises national and international corporate clients as well as pension funds on the design, valuation and transformation of occupational pension schemes.
- Depending on expertise and interest, support technical work such as actuarial pension valuations under IFRS or US GAAP, audits where pension specialist input is required, quantitative analyses, pension benefit calculations, impact assessments of plan changes and, benchmarking studies.

- Participate in technical and soft skills internal training sessions.
- University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a strongly quantitative field.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Python, R, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work on complex problems in a structured way.
- Curious mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Interest in the pension and insurance sector and motivation to develop towards an actuarial career. Fluency in English required;
