Key requirements
- Basic business education or basic medical education with a corresponding continuing education portfolio in business administration.
- Ideally complemented by experience in health and hospital management.
- Health economics knowledge of hospital structures and processes as well as relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. SwissDRG, SPLG) Experience with MS Office, SAP and MCC;
- Knowledge of Access, VBA or TIP HCe is an advantage
- Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented working methods as well as strong communication and organisational skills
- Service-oriented appearance and pleasure in cooperation in an interdisciplinary environment
- German as a mother tongue or reliable knowledge of German, English and other languages are advantageous
