Company and context
- You relieve the management of F&B Administration and the management of gastronomy rocksresort in administrative and organizational tasks, take over deputies by agreement and, if necessary, also provide operational support in the restaurants and at events of the gastronomy rocksresort. What You Move:
- You support in the programming, support and further development of online reservation systems, especially Aleno.
- You are involved in the installation and support of mobile ordering solutions as well as in checkout programming, including Lightspeed and Order Monkey.
- You implement menu and menu cards and ensure the correct communication of offers and opening hours.
- You coordinate and check gastronomic information on Google, Guidle, websites and other online channels.
- You create offers and offers for the gastronomy rocksresort and develop the banquet portfolio further.
- You coordinate group and company bookings together with the management and the head of catering rocksresort as well as the event department and ensure internal communication via Groupsheet.
- You control the utilization of the restaurants in cooperation with the managers and develop the reservation handling continuously.
- You publish information about events such as sports events and other events.
- You review internal processes, submit suggestions for improvement and take over the interface function between F&B administration and management of rocksresort gastronomy.
