- Telephone and written contact with patients:inside, referrals, insurance and internal and external contacts:inside
- Scheduling, organisation and coordination of outpatient consultation hours and radiological examinations Sending patient orders Reception and care of patients: inside
- Processing and accounting of consils, reports and other administrative documents
- Processing of insurance enquiries and cost codes
