Key requirements

- Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional experience in reception and administration in a service industry, preferably in the hotel industry, private clinic or a private retirement home
- Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment of developing and supporting employees and learners
- Very good IT knowledge (MS Office, CRM, CMS and ideally SAP)
- High service orientation and enjoy dealing with guests, relatives and employees
- Completed training as office employee (KV), hotel manager or comparable qualification
- Apprenticeship supervisor qualification or willingness to pursue it
- Multiple years of management experience with enthusiasm for employee and apprentice development
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, CRM, CMS, ideally SAP)
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills with guests, relatives, and staff
- Organizational talent, independent work style, and strong social competence
