Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our care team at the Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Bachwiesen from December 1, 2026, or by agreement?

Tasks

• You share responsibility for the careful support and care of our residents.
• You support the team in engaging residents and organizing their daily routines, as well as in conducting resident activities.
• You maintain a professional and respectful relationship with relatives.
• You are familiar with handling electronic care documentation and complete it correctly within your area of competence.
• You make independent decisions within your area of responsibility.

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the field of support and care
• An independent and responsible approach to work
• Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA
• Good spoken and written German skills, including Swiss German dialect
• A big heart and a great deal of understanding for our residents

The annual salary for this position ranges from Fr. 58'532.– to Fr. 78'210.– (100%), depending on experience.
