Main responsibilities

- You guide and accompany four team leaders in the living area and support them in their professional and human responsibility
- You ensure clear structures, good cooperation and a reliable flow of information
- You support the teams in challenging situations and accompany professional questions as well as case discussions
- You develop existing offers, concepts and processes and bring your own ideas
- You work with internal specialist departments, relatives, authorities and external partners
