We accompany the residents in their everyday lives with a keen eye for their abilities and needs. We encourage and support where necessary with basic care and day-to-day planning, but always with a focus on self-determination. The varied, nursing and agogic work requires both expertise and reliability and a healthy dose of humor. Your tasks You are permanently employed in the diving pool, but you will be deployed to the residential group that needs it. Thanks to your professional experience, you will quickly orientate yourself in a new field of work. You quickly integrate into a new team and profitably contribute your specialist knowledge and team skills. You support the team with care and basic care in everyday living and focus on the residents' self-determination. This is what you bring with you Completed training as

You have experience in assisted living and have the necessary expertise to act convincingly and confidently in a new working environment. You enjoy the combination of agogics and care. You succeed in meeting people with care needs as well as people with challenging behaviors with a lot of appreciation, respect and professionalism.
