For project development, we are looking for a new team member immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• They see building for the city of Zurich as an opportunity to promote public building culture and develop it in a sustainable way.
• By means of strategic planning and feasibility studies, you develop viable and promising foundations for future construction tasks.
• They organise fair and transparent planning and competition procedures in order to find the best possible projects and partners.
• They are responsible for the client-side project management of smaller public construction tasks in the planning and execution phase.

Profile

• Experience and competence in project development
• Secure architectural judgment and competence in constructive solutions to complex issues
• High service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Goal-oriented and independent working method, experience with BIM is advantageous
• Power of persuasion, initiative, teamwork and communication
