Tasks

• You are in contact with a diverse clientele and handle orders and inquiries.
• You understand the workflows and shape them.
• You will learn to research and evaluate information and data.
• You can prepare digital content as well as text, presentations, protocols, offers and statistics and ensure data management.
• You work in various departments such as Secretariat Value Preservation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal Service and Purchasing + Logistics.

Profile

• Completed compulsory school period, middle to upper school level, passed entrance examination when visiting vocational school
• Very good communication skills and willingness to learn one or two foreign languages
• Reliability, networked thinking, organisational talent and flexibility
• Good basic IT knowledge and interest in modern technologies
• Good manners and ability to work in a team
