Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements.

- The ideal candidate has solid IT knowledge and skills (especially in Linux, Java, PowerShell and ORACLE) and more than one year of experience in Identity and Access Management. Banking experience is a plus

Application process
- Additionally, the following activities apply:
- Application management (Maintenance and Support, SLA, Incident-, Problem-, Release/Test-, Risk-Mgmt, Lifecycle, Documentation) within the area of "Identity and Access Management
- Business Analysis, Solution Design and implementation/deployment of Changes/Enhancements in cooperation with the software vendor
- Implementation and Testing of Product Releases
- Project assignments (Data migrations, impact analysis)
- No staff management, no budget responsibility
- Creation and maintenance of application documentation Experience in testing of new requirements
- In-depth knowledge of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and attribute-based access control

- This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.
