  • Maintenance and quality assurance of order, project and customer data in SAP S/4HANA
  • Follow-up of open topics as well as support in clarifying invoice and order differences
  • Monitoring open orders and coordinating clarifications with internal interfaces such as finance, purchasing and sales
  • Creation of evaluations and support of project managers in administrative issues
  • Active participation in the further development, digitalization and standardization of processes in the Order Administration Team
