Introduction
For our Production Division, we are looking for a Project Manager (H/F) whose main task will be to pilot the industrialisation of the assembly of new products, developing and deploying the necessary technical and industrial means, in close collaboration with the R&D Division.
You will also coordinate product changes and accompany the commissioning of new equipment.

- Analyze the definition file and co-develop assemblies with R&D to facilitate their industrialization
- Define the nomenclatures, assembly ranges, means of control, tools and documentation necessary for production
- Diploma of Engineer EPF/ETS/HES in micromechanics, mechanics, or equivalent training
Main responsibilities

- Organize skills, monitor risks, budgets and operating times, and ensure paced growth
- Manage product changes, support the commissioning of new equipment and coordinate actions with R&D, Quality, Production and Purchasing teams Profile
- Industrial experience confirmed in industrialization of mechanical watch assembly
- Experience in industrial project management, from definition of need to production
- Ability to lead projects and offer efficient and innovative solutions
- Mastery of SAP (ERP), Windchill (PLM) and Apriso (MES) would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Intellectual curiosity, analytical spirit and ability to be a force for proposal Conclusion
