Role overview

Tasks

• You process registrations, requests, offers and requests.

• You advise and provide information on the phone and by e-mail.

• You plan and organize dates and events.

• You process letter mail and electronic inboxes.

• You process orders from order receipt to shipment of tools and record items in the order portal.

• You help to check the stockpiles and keep them up-to-date.

• You collect invoices, create payment runs and control incoming payments.

• You change department (customer service, purchasing & online sales, finance) and get a versatile insight into different tasks.

Requirements

• You are communicative, articulate (verbal and written) and enjoy foreign languages (English & French).

• You like working on the computer and have a flair for numbers.
