- You are the support of the CTO Asset Management in day-to-day business: preparation and follow-up of meetings, preparation of documents, follow-up of tasks and decisions
Main responsibilities
- You are the support of the CTO Asset Management in day-to-day business: preparation and follow-up of meetings, preparation of documents, follow-up of tasks and decisions
Application process
- You are involved in the technology and IT-side implementation of post-merger integration (Helvetia Baloise): Application and data recording, migration preparation, status reporting
- You independently implement smaller projects and projects in the IT landscape of asset management
- You create evaluations, presentations and decision documents for management and governance bodies
- You support in IT portfolio, demand and vendor management (overviews, documentation, tracking)
- You work in exciting internal and cross-functional projects Requirements
- You have completed at least the 1st bachelor year in Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar
- You have a safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Interest in M365 tools and the use of AI in everyday work
