As Technical Product Owner Voice & Chatbot, together with an agile delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing the planned further development of our chat and voicebot solutions.

- You assume operational end-to-end responsibility for the implementation of defined professional requirements as well as for quality assurance in the area of chat and voicebot
- You focus on the operational implementation and delivery of the requirements; explicitly not in your area of responsibility are the strategic development of the product as well as the responsibility for customer journey and UX/CX, which are carried out outside the team
Main responsibilities
- You assume operational end-to-end responsibility for the implementation of defined professional requirements as well as for quality assurance in the area of chat and voicebot
- You focus on the operational implementation and delivery of the requirements; explicitly not in your area of responsibility are the strategic development of the product as well as the responsibility for customer journey and UX/CX, which are carried out outside the team
- You are responsible for a prioritized backlog and translate requirements together with the delivery team into estimated and actionable stories as well as realistic release and sprint planning
- You work closely with the Architecture Owner, understand technical and architectural contexts and can assess their impact on product, delivery and prioritization in a well-founded manner and challenge them constructively.
- You identify risks and dependencies at an early stage, take them into account in your work and create transparency towards your managers
- You also keep track of hectic situations and control requirements, incidents, bugs, monitoring and ad-hoc inquiries in day-to-day business with the necessary sovereignty.
