Together with your team of product owners, business analysts and quality engineers, you drive the modernization of our claims world. This is what you do with us:

Key requirements

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst oder Product Owner, idealerweise in der Versicherungsbranche, mit fachlichem Fokus im Nicht-Leben
  • Erfahrung als Führungskraft (z. B. in Teamleitung, fachlicher Führung oder Projektleitung in agilen Umfeldern) ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und ein agiles Mindset
  • Souveräner, professioneller Umgang mit Anspruchsgruppen aus Business und IT
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • You will lead and empower an interdisciplinary team of product owners, business analysts and quality engineers so that the roles in the agile implementation organization are effectively perceived.
  • At the same time, you take an active role in the agile network organization (e.g. as a business analyst) and participate in the implementation of initiatives – if necessary also in cooperation with offshore teams.
  • In close cooperation with stakeholders from business, IT and the SAFe organization, you ensure that requirements are coordinated, prioritized and efficiently implemented, promoting a collaborative, learning-oriented culture and the further development of agile working methods. This is what you bring with you:
  • Completed higher education or training in business informatics, business administration or a similar specialisation
  • Several years of experience as a business analyst or product owner, ideally in the insurance industry, with a professional focus in non-life
  • Experience as a leader (e.g. in team management, professional leadership or project management in agile environments) is an advantage
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative and an agile mindset
  • Sovereign, professional approach to business and IT stakeholders
