You can make this contribution - Conduct and answer the medical field of the Mels recruitment centre in professional, human and organizational terms - Doctors, doctors (civil and from the militia) and medical professionals are leading and ensuring the quality of medical deafness and decision-making - Adopt the Presidency or the cooperation in the investigative committee and assess the medical suitability of recruits for military service - Initiate, guide and contribute to research or medical projects - Responsibility for medical care and assessment of the service of the members of the establishment - Developing processes in the medical field and strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation between specialists, administration and military partners This makes you unique - Swiss doctoral diploma, doctoral degree or equivalent degree with specialist titles and clinical experience - Leadership and joy in developing medical teams professionally and humanly - Interest in medical, military and social issues - Communication strength, sense of responsibility and empathy in dealing with young adults - Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language - Military knowledge is advantageous, but no condition • We offer - Work for Switzerland We are committed to the success model Switzerland and work for the welfare of the population.
