As head: in the technical service you are responsible for the reliable operation of our technical facilities and infrastructure in Ecublens. Together with your team, you ensure high plant availability, optimize processes and continuously develop technology and facility management. You actively shape how we make our technology more efficient and reliable.

Mansioni

• You are responsible for the reliable operation and high availability of our technical facilities through maintenance, inspection, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• You maintain a close cooperation with MLR (Migros Logistik Romandie) and internal specialist areas.
• You lead, develop and promote your team in the technical service and ensure efficient deployment and task planning.
• You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work and, if necessary, control external service providers and the procurement of materials and spare parts.
• You are responsible for the technical infrastructure and facility management and ensure safe and smooth building operations.
• You ensure compliance with our safety, quality and environmental standards and together with your team ensure a professional and reliable technical operation.

Requirements

• at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position: in the field of technical maintenance
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): technology (e.g. construction and building technology, electrical engineering, etc.), ideally with NIV 15 (OIBT 15) approval
• German (very good knowledge) French (fluent) English (good knowledge): For this task you have to bring either very good German or English skills.
• You have completed technical training and ideally further training in the areas of maintenance, building technology or facility management.
• You bring several years of professional experience in technical maintenance and are familiar with technical systems as well as building and building technology.
• You have leadership experience and lead your team clearly, respectfully and practically. You continue to develop employees and take action yourself if necessary.
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in the event of technical disruptions or unexpected situations.
• You can plan and coordinate technical work well and work safely with internal contacts and external service providers.
• You communicate very well in French and German and / or English and are ready to take care of piketting, night and Sunday assignments in emergencies.
