You can move that

• Management and further development of the Electromechanic & Instruments division with around 15 employees
• Ensuring the maintenance of military and civil aviation components as well as the required MRO capabilities and customer support
• Responsibility for quality, lead times, efficient workflows, budgeting and cost centers as well as the achievement of financial targets
• Promotion and development of employees as well as ensuring the necessary expertise, training and knowledge transfer
• Participation in projects and working groups as well as implementation of lean management and continuous improvement measures

You bring that with you

• Technical training, ideally in the field of electromechanics, with further training at HF level or equivalent qualification
• Leadership experience, business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
• Positive, motivating leader with pleasure in inspiring employees and achieving performance together
• Strong solution orientation, pragmatic approach and an uncomplicated hands-on mentality
• Good SAP skills, English language skills at level B2 as well as Swiss nationality (depending on function)
