- You have proven experience in scaffolding erection, ideally complemented by initial experience managing a team.
- You are able to manage a small team while actively participating in construction work.
- You know the requirements of the trade, the safety regulations and the importance of stable, compliant and professionally made assembly.
- Organized, reactive and attentive to safety, you know how to anticipate the needs of the construction site, transmit the right instructions and guarantee effective, reliable and accurate execution.
