- Development and strengthening of our market presence in French-speaking Switzerland
- Pilotage and development of the Regional Advisory Team
- Active acquisition of new customers (B2C) and sustainable development of existing customers
- Development and implementation of trade strategies and sales actions adapted to regional specificities
- Piloting the sustainable growth of turnover and profitability in your region
- Development and optimization of business processes to ensure smooth student support Required
- Experience confirmed in management: as well as in motivation and team development
- Higher school: or equivalent qualification, supplemented by several years of sales experience, ideally in the field of training or services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both French and German
- An entrepreneurial person with a strong sense of responsibility and a clear focus on impact and results
