As a lawyer within the Licensing and Grievance Centre, you are responsible for dealing with complex legal situations in the area of patients' rights, complaints and health advice, ensuring the processing of appeal procedures and ensuring compliance with legal provisions.
Analyze and process complex records of the Licensing and Grievances Centre for the Management of Grievances and Patient Rights and draft appropriate decisions
Deal with complaints addressed to the Department of Health and Social Action with legal aspects (consultation of legal bases, consultations/experts, etc.) and propose draft responses
