- Supervise the application of best practices and specific instrumentation protocols to interventions, in collaboration with physicians
- Developing a relationship of trust with surgeons, anaesthetists and the various partners of the bloc
- Ensuring the quality and safety of care, as well as compliance with hygiene, aseptic, traceability and safety protocols
- Ensure availability and compliance of medical devices, equipment and resources for interventions, in collaboration with relevant services
- Analyze performance indicators and implement actions necessary for continuous improvement of activities
- Contribute to institutional projects and the development of operational activity
- Managing your sector's resources and budget in line with the Institute's objectives and cost control strategy
