Main responsibilities
- Representation of the management and assumption of overall responsibility in the absence of the management
- Co-responsibility for the organisational, technical, financial and personnel management of the market
- Management and support of department managers and about 40 employees
- Ensuring a high level of willingness to sell and smooth daily business
- Ensuring active customer support and attractive product presentation
- Ensuring high freshness and quality performance in the market
- Implementation of efficient operations and compliance with processes and guidelines
- Bringing entrepreneurial thinking, leadership and customer orientation to the sustainable success of the market Requirements
- Basic training in retail trade or gastronomy with further training in retail (at least retail specialists) or hotel schools
- Experience in a comparable function in the trade or in the gastronomy
Key requirements
- Grundausbildung im Detailhandel oder Gastronomie mit Weiterbildung im Handel (mind. Detailhandelsspezialisten) oder Hotelfachschule
- Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion im Handel oder der Gastronomie

- Ausgesprochene Kundenorientierung und Freude an der aktiven Kundenpflege unserer vielfältigen Profi- Kunden
