What awaits
In this role, you accompany our general agencies in French-speaking Switzerland so that they can advise individuals and SMEs with competence on all issues related to foresight. As a professional coach, trainer or trainer and sparring partner, you support skills development and help strengthen the quality of advice offered to our clients.
What you can do with us
You design and animate practical training within our general agencies in French-speaking Switzerland. Through your support, you contribute to the development of the skills of our foresight specialists as well as our financial planners and planners. You ensure that you pass on knowledge that is directly applicable to everyday life and promote continuous learning within teams.
Thanks to your expertise and coaching, you're helping teams deal with challenging foresight issues. In complex customer situations, you participate in interviews, bring your expert look and help develop solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and SMEs.
You also give training to new counsellors and insurance and foresight advisors as part of our internal curricula in Bern. Finally, you encourage the sharing of knowledge by facilitating specialized forums and developing spaces for exchange that foster collaboration and learning between teams.
What you bring
- Advanced training specialized in foresight or financial planning
- Experience in adult training and commercial coaching
- Experience in accompanying or advising SMEs is an asset
- Interest in new approaches and ability to convey your enthusiasm
- Open personality, loving contacts, autonomous, solutions oriented and enjoying teamwork
- Excellent mastery of French with good knowledge of German
