- Monitorización de business plans, presupuestos y film, analizando desvi Cones
- Revisión y control de gastos operativos e inversiones (includes gestión de facturación)
- Supervisión y coordinationación con Property Managers, aeegurando la calidad del reporting
- Elaboración de informa tions (monthly and monthly) para Internos
- Soporte en procesos de auditoría y control interno
- Apoyo en procesos de valoración, preparando información y coordinando con tasadores externos
