Canton of Zurich Judicial execution and reintegration Head of Human Resources 80% With around 1,400 employees, JuWe is responsible for the execution of criminal and measures and for the implementation of various types of detention.Our employees from around 40 professions support and promote the reintegration of people who have become criminals and are actively and progressively committed to a safe and just society.
The approximately 30 employees of the HR department are responsible for all tasks in the HR Life Cycle – from the acquisition, consulting, and development of the JuWe employees, to personal and administrative services, HR controlling and strategic personnel management.
Due to a subsequent occupation, we are looking for a committed and experienced person as head of human resources law as of 1 September 2026. Your area of impact

Company and context
- You lead the team personnel law with a legal employee and an auditor in person, technical and organizational and develop your team specifically
- You advise executives and your HR colleagues as a competent sparring partner. competent sparring partner in personal and social insurance law issues and represents JuWe in negotiations with lawyers and before the appeal bodies
- You continue to develop guidelines, regulations and governance issues and ensure legally viable and practical solutions
- You actively bring your expertise into HR projects, working groups and strategic developments and secure professional knowledge management
- You design and conduct internal training on personal law issues
- As a member of the Management teams HR you design the further development of the department as well as the implementation of the HR and JuWe strategy with The Bringt You with
- Du bringst a master degree in law, a lawyer patent is advantageous
- you have several years of professional experience in personnel, work and/or administrative law and have an interest in and a A-Finance for HR-question
- you work structured, solution-oriented with a prise pragmatism and keep an overview even in complex situations, quality is important to you
- you communicate clearly, addressately and move safely between line, HR, authorities and different stakeholders
