Overall responsibility for the personnel, professional and organizational management of the bed station with a focus on oncology
Core team member of the clinic's internal cell therapy program as well as participation in certification-relevant audits
Ensuring professional, high-quality and patient-centered care taking into account the nursing mission statement
Active participation in the care as well as planning, controlling and ensuring efficient personnel deployment
Responsibility for the introduction, support and promotion of employees, learners and students
Close interprofessional cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist areas DEIN PROFIL
Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
2-3 years of management experience in a Swiss acute hospital
