- Coordinate daily store management operations and optimize customer satisfaction
- Develop the skills of employees in order to improve the performance of each person and promote a working climate conducive to their development
- Management and monitoring of staff schedules Required
- Proven professional experience: as leader of a team
- Professional apprenticeship completed (CFC): CFC in retail
- Dynamic, you know how to develop your commercial sense through your responsibilities and tasks
- Organized, autonomous and comfortable with IT tools
