To face the numerous challenges that await it, the HIB is looking for a: 100% Director Assistant Your mission In collaboration with the Director of Care, you will be responsible for professional practices, training, and clinical development, assuming the following tasks: • Promote the acquisition and updating of knowledge in the clinical field from EBP for the purpose of continuous improvement of the quality of care • Invest in the transfer of knowledge to the care teams • Initiate, pilot, and accompany projects for the development of exemplary practices • Develop a consultation, guidance, and training offer for the teams • Support interprofessional collaboration • Coordinate and supervise clinical nurse specialists and/or student supervision (PF, FEE, FA) • Support ethical reflection in the clinic • Ensure the coordination of the quality and safety of care field (notably undesirable events, ANQ indicators, and prevalence) Your strengths With a Master's degree in nursing sciences, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in acute care and a confirmed ICLS experience.
