In order to complete its teams within the hospital units of adult psychiatry and psychiatry of the elderly, the Nant Foundation is putting into competition positions of
Head of clinic doctor or deputy head of clinic - Hospital units at 80-100% MISSION Coordinate the medical, clinical and organizational activities of a hospital unit of the Adult Psychotherapy Psychiatry Service (SPPA) or the Elderly Person (SPPPA), ensure the supervision of medical assistants and trainees, as well as coordinate care with external networks and relatives.
WE OFFER
The Nant Foundation is a private institution recognized in the public interest, mandated by the State to organize and provide psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. Its hospital units of adult psychiatry and psychiatry of the elderly accommodate patients who require a stationary psychiatry treatment adapted to their needs. The adult hospital can accommodate up to 50 patients between the ages of 18 and 65 in 4 units with psychiatric disorders. The hospital for the elderly can accommodate up to 18 patients over the age of 65. To be head of clinic or assistant head of clinic in these services is to evolve into a supervisory and training function within a multidisciplinary team. It is also contributing to a care approach based on the relationship with patients, their relatives and the various partners in the network. WE SEEK A person advanced in his training in psychiatry and psychotherapy with or without FMH title (foreign title with MEBEKO recognition), who can attest to an experience in adult psychiatry or psychiatry of the elderly person and wishing to put his skills to the benefit of hospital psychiatric care. In addition, we are looking for a person with the ability to engage in a relational process, loving interdisciplinary work and having great autonomy.
