Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the operational management and further development of the inpatient or ambulatory acute area
- Business management and needs-based use of human and financial resources
- Management, promotion and development of employees

- Co-development and implementation of strategic goals in cooperation with the CNO

Your skills
- Completed training at tertiary level in a nursing or therapy profession, supplemented by management or leadership training
- Proven leadership experience and strong leadership skills
- Business thinking and acting as well as experience in resource and key figures management
- High organisational, coordination and change competence
- Experience in project, process and quality management
- Practical experience in Lean Healthcare and previous life
