• We offer them a wide range of standard and individual insurances, legal protection solutions as well as financial products in the area of credit and guarantee. ## Your contribution to the company
• Claims management in the branches RC Carriers and Goods
• Analysis of files, determination of coverage, responsibility, verification of estimate, terms of reference of experts, checking of evidence, payment
• Oral and written contact with policyholders, injured persons, distribution, experts, and third parties
• Close collaboration with the various internal departments
• Customer first proactive and oriented management ## Your skills and your talents
• Self-reliance, common sense of organization and openness to change
• Meaning of negotiation and service
• Team spirit and collaboration
• Excellent ability to communicate over the phone and in writing
• Experience in insurance and/or transport
• Good knowledge of the processing of Transport or Things or General Civil Responsibility files are a plus
• Good knowledge of English and German is a plus
