As a member of the Distribution Regional Management Team, you are actively contributing to the development of our distribution channels (Foresight, All branches and partner agencies). You ensure that general agencies have the best processes, structures, know-how and resources to ensure their sustainable growth, productivity, profitability and quality. You put the regional leaders in the orchestration and pilotage of the sales area.
Join our Distribution sector. You'll be the point of contact with our clients. Every day, you will give the best to meet their needs, by offering human advice, oriented towards action and the future, in accordance with the motto "Customer first" of AXA.
What's waiting for you
- Developing and supervising the management of three partner agencies, managing their performance, organisation and ensuring quality
- Conduct regional strategic and operational studies and projects (e.g. business model, IA implementation) and ensure implementation of decisions
- Support the transformation of working methods with the integration of AI in order to develop the efficiency of agencies
- Ensure strict application of legal and internal standards (including LSA) and act as regional legal focal point
- Working closely with general staff, sales officials and back office to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct analyses, define measures and monitor them regularly in coordination with the various internal and external actors
- Be sparring partner of general staff for the continuous development of their skills, particularly in terms of management and financial optimization
What you bring
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) or continuing training in insurance, with a solid knowledge of the branch
- Excellent organizational and (data-) analytical capabilities, experience in process management or business analysis
- Ability to structure complex topics and implement them in a solution-oriented manner with various stakeholders
- Good understanding of sales processes in insurance and in-depth experience in or with distribution
- High communication and facilitation skills combined with high implementation capacity
- Passion for transformation, innovation and continuous improvement. Regular use of AI to optimize work
- Availability for high mobility within the sales area, with regular trips throughout Switzerland.
- French mastered in writing and oral, very good knowledge of German (oral)
- Mastery of all current tools of the office365 suite increased
