What's waiting for you
- Oral and written advice to our Private and Business clients, especially in the following areas, with a portfolio of cases currently under way: Labour law (contract of private and public law, dispute with the joint commissions...); Unemployment insurance
- Loss of gain insurance
- Legal advice with a modern touch: you analyse various situations and solve problems in a simple, pragmatic and in the interest of the clients, examining the facts in the fields concerned
- Conduct of negotiations, on the telephone and in writing, with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts and authorities
- Using AI: In your daily work, powerful AI tools are at your disposal, allowing you to work efficiently and focus on the essentials.
What you bring
- University education in Swiss law (Master of Law), experience in the relevant fields, the lawyer's patent is an asset
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good management of a large volume of work and autonomy in the way of working
- Stress resistance
- Rapid and pragmatic analysis of problems and the search for precise and appropriate solutions
- Taste of customer contact and teamwork, as well as ability to work independently, accurately and targeted, even in times of high demand
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and very good written expression
- Good knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
